Thank you for visiting Toramp. Please read our terms of use ("Terms"), as you must agree to them in order to have permission to use our website and our apps ("Service").

General

• You must be 13 years or older to use our Service. By using our Service, you are representing to us that you are over 13.
• Some functionality requires you to complete an account-registration form. You agree that we may use your User Data to provide services.
• You agree not to misuse our Service or help anyone else to do so.
• You are responsible for your conduct.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must not violate the law in any way.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens and content posted under your account.
• The Service is provided "as is" and without warranty.
• The Service is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title or interest in the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time at our discretion and without notice. For example, we may terminate your account if you are misusing the Service.

Subscription payments, renewals, and cancellation

If you choose to buy a Toramp Premium subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

All purchases are final. We cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If the updated version meaningfully reduces your rights, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes are effective. By continuing to use the Service after any such changes, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
